The idea that women have to be as good as, if not better than men at everything, is getting out of hand. Case in point; women's football. They are constantly complaining about being paid less. Yet fail to consider this is because no one is watching them play. money comes from sponsors and TV rights. No eyeballs on your game, then no money coming into these coffers.
