The Seychelles Gambling Act, 2014 makes legal various forms of land-based gambling in the Seychelles. This act provides for the licensing and regulating of the gambling industry in line with the international standards and makes casino games, including poker, slot machines and betting legal in the country. However, as there are no specific online gambling laws in the Seychelles, it is generally considered that online gambling in the Seychelles is not regulated.  The body responsible for regulation of the legal gambling in the country is the Financial Services Authority.
