Manuel Pellegrini’s job at West Ham United is on a knife’s edge. The team is only 15th, four points clear from relegation. Though they won against Southampton last weekend, it might not be enough to rescue the Chilean. Bookmakers have already prepared the favorites in their West Ham next manager odds. 

Pellegrini has been appointed as the manager of West Ham last year. He guided them to the 10th place, which wasn’t a bad result at all. Especially after previous years when the team was mostly fighting against relegation. Eddie Howe is one of the most talented young English coaches, with the hope of an even better future in front of him. He has been the manager of the Cherries apart from a year since 2008, which is a very long time in football. He was leading the team from League 2 all the way to the Premier League, where Bournemouth are still playing, proving to everyone that they have a place in the top league. But this year, their performance is not that convincing, in the last few weeks they suffered six defeats before winning against Chelsea. So it might be the right time for a change for both sides, Howie and the club.

As Everton seems to be appointing Carlo Ancelotti as their new manager, David Moyes are available to take the West Ham job. He has been at the club on a short-term in 2017-18, after the sacking of former manager Slaven Bilic. He did help the team to stay in the top league. However, they dismissed him from the club at the end of that season. He hasn’t been employed by anyone else since then.
