Who will win?
The first predictions about the United States Grand Prix 2022 winner have also been out at MyBookie.ag. After claiming his second title at Suzuka, Max Verstappen was now officially out of range for any other driver this season. If Charles Leclerc had not given in to the attacks from Max’s teammate Sergio Perez on the last corner of the last lap he still would have had a mathematical chance for the title. That meant that Red Bull’s task #1 for the season – to defend Verstappen’s title – was successfully done and now there were other goals that needed to be completed.
In his Sky Sports F1 interview, Christian Horner hailed Max for dominating the season and raising it to another level. He also raised Sergio for pressuring Leclerc into a costly mistake and adding that their goals for the remainder of the season would be securing second place in the Driver’s Championship for Perez and winning the constructor’s title.
“I think Checo [Perez] has had an incredible year. He should be second in the championship – that’s going to be the target to keep him there. And of course, one of the big goals for us is to bring that constructors’ championship home after eight long years.”
Most sportsbooks predict Max Verstappen to win the United States Grand Prix 2022 next weekend and it would be the most logical and consistent choice. Online betting sites in the US agree with us by presenting the following odds on the winner:
- Max Verstappen -222
- Charles Leclerc +415
- Sergio Perez +950
- Lewis Hamilton +1250
- Carlos Sainz Jr +1600
