Steve Irwin Biopic Special Bets on Top Three Candidates to Take a Starring Role

A Hollywood biopic about the wildlife warrior Steve Irwin is in the works. Thus, many whisperers have started putting out a list of Aussie Hollywood stars who will likely impersonate Irwin in the film. If you wish to place Steve Irwin’s biopic special bets you may choose Lincoln Lewis to play the role.

The two Aussie stars vying for the role are Chris Hemsworth and Russell Crowe. However, widow Terri Irwin prefers another actor to play her husband who died a decade and a half ago. He is the 33-year-old Lewis Lincoln.

Lincoln is a big fan of the Croc hunter

Lewis Lincoln, who has blonde locks and a cheeky grin that bears a resemblance to Steve’s, is a big fan of the Croc hunter. Terri Irwin and her daughter Bindi reportedly prefer Lincoln Lewis by Woman’s Day. As soon as he knew that he responded with a  tweet:

 “So honored @TerriIrwin said such a lovely thing. Steve has always been a massive hero of mine & I’ve always said if I’m ever lucky enough to portray someone, the dream would be the great Steve Irwin! Fingers crossed I’ll get an audition.”

Lincoln is best known for his role as Geoff Campbell on Home and Away. Later, he has appeared in a number of featured films such as Tomorrow, When the War Began, Spin Out, and Aquamarine. The talent, look, and age are all hinting Lincoln will likely get the role with 2.5 odds at 22BET Sportsbook.

Hemsworth is another likely option

The Aussie Thor star Chris Hemsworth is another likely option for the role. He is taking a starring role in the epic prequel of the Mad Max film franchise, which will likely be released in mid-2023. New Zealand-born Australian actor, filmmaker, musician, and singer, Russell Crowe is on the shortlist with 51 odds. He recently joined Chris Hemsworth in the cast of Marvel’s Thor” Love and Thunder. He was also recently seen in the Solstice Studios thriller Unhinged.

However, the idea of Terri’s ex-flame playing her husband may be a bit too messy. Besides he is 56-year-old which will give him a lesser chance. The directors and screenwriters will likely look for actors in their thirties. So, Lincoln and Hemsworth are rightfully favorites.
