Will Juventus manage to regain their place at top of the Serie A league table, or will Napoli continue their impressive form and fight off the charge by the Turin side? Can Inter and AS Roma start off the second half of the season with a victory as they attempt to keep hold of their places in the top four of the league? Fiorentina v Inter – H 9/5 (2.80) D 11/5 (3.20) A 17/10 (2.70)
(Take a look at our review about BetVictor Sportsbook for more info.)
Inter are far from the club they were during the second half of the 2000s, when they dominated the Serie A winning five straight league title (2006-2010) and the Champions League in 2010 with then manager Jose Mourinho. But they seem to be making a comeback to their former glory; the Nerazzurri currently sit in 3rd position on table with 41 points, and despite them suffering a lack in form in recent games, they’re not too far off second-placed Juventus and first-placed Napoli – 6 and 7 points is the difference, respectively.
The Nerazzurri – who hold a record of 1 win 2 draws and 2 losses in the last 5 games – will take on Fiorentina away, a side that have clinched 2 wins and 3 draws during the same period as their upcoming opponents. This could be a tricky match, especially since both sides have underperformed in their most recent encounters; we’d place a bet on a draw for this game – it seems like the most likely result.
AS Roma v Atalanta – H 7/10 (1.70) D 14/5 (3.80) A 17/4 (5.25)
Having played 18 games this season – unlike other sides who have 19 under their belt – AS Roma have secured 39 points that has granted them 4th position on the table. They will next host Atalanta at the iconic Stadio Olimpico, although their record at home is a little concerning in recent times – 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss.

Atalanta are in 9th spot in the league, and they’ve been equally unconvincing over the course of the last 5 matches with the same results as the club from the capital. But taking support of the Roma fans into consideration, we’re going to place our bets on the home side with providers of internet betting in Italy.
Cagliari v Juventus – H 10/1 (11.00) D 4/1 (5.00) A 1/3 (1.33)
Juventus will be on the lookout this weekend as they try to get back into action and reclaim the first position in Seria A. The Old Lady has won 4 of the last 5 games, so they’re the favourites to clinch another victory, especially against Cagliari, who find themselves in 15th position with only 20 points.
This should be another routine win for Allegri’s men, who are still the favourites to win another Seria A title this season despite losing track to Napoli. If they manage to win another league title, it would be their 7th in a row – an unprecedented achievement in Italian football.
