The by-election was originally scheduled for 9 May. However, the Prime Minister of Poland decided to postpone the election to 13 June. They are Konrad Fijolek, Ewa Leniart, Marcin Warchol, and Grzegorz Braun. As Rzeszow presidential by-election odds show Fijolek is so far the favorite.
Konrad Fijolek leads in the opinion polls
The joint candidate of the Civic Coalition, Left, Polish People’s Party, and Poland 2050 Szymon Hołownia hopes to come out victorious. It will be no surprise as he holds a good reputation. Grzegorz Braun has a chance of winning but a slim one
