Real Gaming becomes the first online operator in Nevada to allow locals to play poker on their mobile devices.
Real Gaming goes live with a new online poker site in the US state of Nevada. Formerly known as South Point Poker, the Las Vegas-based company will be the first operator to offer mobile gambling in the Silver State. Users will be able to access the website from smartphones and tablets, as well as other online and mobile platforms.
American gambling laws allow state governments to decide whether they offer virtual gambling or not and Nevada has legalized online poker. As long as they are located within the state’s limits, players can legally access the available poker sites.
In addition, US players planning to visit the Silver State can use Real Gaming’s online service to deposit money before they actually arrive to Nevada.
Mobile accessibility, the key to success
The team of software experts who developed and set up the Real Gaming poker site was led by Lawrence Vaughan, who believes that mobile accessibility is the website’s main advantage. “We felt that this was the top priority to bring to online poker playing. We are 100% focused on player experience and accessibility,” he explained.
“Unlike other online poker sites, we created Real Gaming by developing software from scratch, exclusive to us and our players. We are utilising the newest technologies available in order to set the foundation for future development and continued innovation,” he added.
