Raúl Retires From Football in the End of the NASL Season

Raúl retires from football at the end of the North American Soccer League’s (NASL) season, which is due in November 2015.

Raúl announced his retirement earlier this week in an interview for a US sports magazine. The legendary Spaniard said that it was an incredibly hard decision for him, but he feels this is the right thing to do at the moment. “I am not tired of football, I am not tired of travelling, but I think I need to spend more time with my family, my kids.” Pointed out the most important reason for his decision.

Raúl retires from football in the end of the NASL season, which will happen in November. The retiring legend said that he hopes to be able to say farewell to his career with a title, for which he and his side have pretty good chances. They have two remaining encounters before the playoff season starts.
