PokerStars Israel and Slovenia have ceased to offer real money games, following a review of business risks for the brand.
Israeli and Slovenian players can no longer enjoy PokerStars’ real money games. According to the internet poker company’s announcement, the new country restrictions came to effect in June 27 (Israel) and July 4 (Slovenia). PokerStars’ press release confirms that “following a recent review, we have decided to stop offering real money games to players who are physically located in, or have a registered address,” in Israel or Slovenia.
If you’re located in the mentioned countries, you can safely withdraw your balance. According to the press release, PokerStars does not expect to withdraw services from any other countries in the near future.
