PokerStars Is the Best Poker Site According to eGaming Review

At the eGaming Review awards, PokerStars was named the best poker site amongst poker online games operators.

Canadian online gambling operator Amaya’s brand PokerStars won the category of ’Poker Operator of the Year’ at the eGaming Review awards in London on November 24, UK gambling news report. That makes PokerStars the best poker site for the second consecutive year.

PokerStars goal is to remain the best poker site

The Honourable Artillery Company gardens hosted the event in London. This occasion is one of the most prestigious happenings in the internet gaming industry. More than 700 representatives were present at the awards from the biggest companies of the business. The point of the event, apart from handing the awards, was to celebrate the conclusion of another successful year for the online gambling industry.

After receiving the award for the best poker site, Amaya’s Vice President of Corporate Communications, Eric Hollreiser revealed that PokerStars’ aim is to repeat this success over and over again.

He said, “Winning the ‘Poker Operator of the Year’ award is a strong endorsement of our poker offering and a testament to the engaged and passionate PokerStars employees who dedicate themselves to delivering a high-quality, safe, and secure online poker experience. We’re working hard to grow and build poker to ensure that we earn this award every year.”

Amaya also had other success than operating the best poker site

It was also a big night for Full Tilt

Apart from winning the best poker site award, the brands of Amaya Inc. and the company itself finished as finalists in additional categories too. Amaya was on the shortlist for the Operator of the Year award, and its other online casino and poker asset, Full Tilt also finished amongst the finalists for the Poker Operator of the Year award.

Amaya also became one of the most Socially Responsible Operators, they finished in the final for the Customer Service Operator of the year award, and its poker brands, Full Tilt and PokerStars both made the shortlist for the Mobile poker product of the year award.
