American gambling software provider DigiDeal moves a popular land-based game into online world.
DigiDeal Corporation, a software provider operating under American gambling laws, has just launched a new mobile gambling app named “Pocket Pickit Poker”. The application is a mobile version of the company’s highly popular electronic casino tablet game “Pikit Poker”.
The mobile app is now available for direct download in iTunes and Google Play allowing both iPhone and Android gamers to enjoy the game at mobile casinos in United States.
The Pikit Poker games is essentially a five card stud poker, which is played against a dealer’s hand and offers three side bets increasing the possibility of a bigger win.
Players select which two cards to reveal, before playing against the dealer, this provides a chance to win with each choice. Other game features include achievement levels, multiple awards, and player’s Facebook friend’s photo’s appearing on the card backs, provided gamers log into their Facebook accounts.
Don Evans, senior vice-president of Engineering at DigiDeal, told United States gambling news: “We didn’t just want to create another mobile poker game. We wanted a unique card game with poker elements and something the consumer hasn’t seen before”.
DigiDeal’s developers are planning to use the user feedback extensively when the application’s update is created. Additional features and an advertising-free version are also in the pipe.
Rapid development of such gambling applications is regarded as a preparatory step ahead of legalization of real money online and mobile gambling in United States. Various gambling software companies as well as operators are using social gambling and free-play casino games to gain an advantage before the market opens up.
