NCAA DFS Contests Stopped by DraftKings and FanDuel

DraftKings and FanDuel have reached an agreement with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and subsequently NCAA DFS contests stopped by the operators.

The US gambling news about NCAA DFS contests stopped came at the end of negotiations that lasted for months between daily fantasy sports operators DraftKings and FanDuel and the NCAA.

At the end of the talks, NCAA DFS contests stopped fully by DFS operators DraftKings and FanDuel. The NCAA attacked the industry leading daily fantasy sports operators continuously for offering real-money contests on amateur college sports. Now this battle has ended with the agreement.

Organization wants NCAA DFS contests stopped for good in the US

Mark Emmert, president of the NCAA announced that it is important for the organization that future DFS operators wouldn’t be able to offer NCAA daily fantasy sports contests with real-money. In order to do that, they will cooperate with state legislations all around the country to make sure that US gambling laws prohibits DFS operators offering real-money college sports contests in each and every federal state.
