American football player Steve McNair and his girlfriend, Sahel Kazemi, were killed in Nashville on the 4th of July. Though there are vague details, allegedly, the couple had a fight, and the mistress shot the athlete several times before killing herself, as well. Even though the evidence was not rock-solid, the Police ruled out the possibility of foul play due to their past. His wife was a suspect since McNair didn’t exactly keep his cheating a secret, but the evidence pointed at Kazemi. McNair married Mechelle in 1997, and they had two children together. Apparently, the athlete had a relationship with Sahel Kazemi for months but met other women too. It was another strike against Kazemi, who most likely was jealous.
