The Snooker UK Championship will wear Betway’s name for 2 more years thanks to the recent agreement between the two parties.

Betway has agreed to be the main sponsor of the prestigious snooker tournament for the 2016 and 2017 editions as well. Hence, the name of this competition will remain Betway UK Championship in the upcoming 2 seasons as well. Barry Hearn, chairman at World Snooker said that Betway ’s brand had grown a lot due to sponsoring the UK Championship, which was followed by hundreds of millions of fans.
