With only two days until the next President is decided, now is the time to bet on voter turnout for the 2016 US election!

The 2016 US election has been perhaps the most polarizing in recent history. The typical poise and rhetoric we have grown accustomed to seeing from past candidates has been replaced by the brashness of Donald Trump, and the perceived fraudulent nature of Hillary Clinton.

To say the lead up to this election has been bizarre would be an understatement. It seems like the vast majority of Americans are still scratching their heads wondering, with over 300 million people, these are who we are being stuck with? The answer is yes, yes we are. Now the question is… What will the voter turnout for the 2016 election be like?

For many Americans, their vote will not necessarily be for a candidate, but against the other. The approval ratings for both candidates are historically low, and it seems possible that many people will pass on their right to vote. PaddyPower is allowing their members to vote on the 2016 election turnout, so let’s take a look at the odds.

What are the odds for the voter turnout?

It also seems quite possible that the historical nature of this election could push more voters than ever before to get out and vote. Most online sportsbooks in the UK seem to feel this is a likely scenario, as the higher voter turnout for the 2016 election has some pretty good odds.

For now, the highest odds are for a 58% to 62.99% voter turnout, at 15/8. The next highest are for a slightly lower turnout of 54% to 57.99%, with odds of 21/10. 62% to 65.99% have odds of 4/1, and any voter turnout for the 2016 election higher than 66% has odds of 5/1. The lowest betting odds for the turnout are 49.99% or less, at 14/1.
