The first UFC event hold in New York is just over a week away, and now is the time to bet on UFC 205 title fights with Intertops!

When UFC 205 was first announced, fans of MMA knew it would be a massive event. The UFC had been trying to get into New York for years, and finally it has become a reality. It was almost guaranteed that one of the two biggest stars in the promotion (McGregor or Rousey) would be headlining the card, but when it was announced that McGregor would be challenging Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title, the excitement reached a fever pitch.

In addition to the McGregor-Alvarez fight are two massive title fights. Recently crowned welterweight king Tyron Woodley will be defending his title against striking wizard Stephen Thompson, and two of Poland’s best fighters will square off with Joanna Jedrzejczyk looking to make it four title defenses in a row against Karolina Kowalkiewicz.

Almost all online sportsbooks in the US have already released the betting lines for the event, and there are some great opportunities for those that want to bet on UFC 205 title fights.

Underdogs and Favorites

In the main event, featherweight king Conor McGregor is the betting favorite with odds of -160, according to Intertops. Alvarez comes in as a slight underdog with odds of +125. At welterweight, champion Tyron Woodley is the UFC 205 underdog with odds of +160, and Stephen Thompson comes the favorite at -200.

If you want to bet on UFC 205 title fights, your biggest chance to win serious cash is in the fight between Jedrzejczyk and Kowalkiewicz. Both women are undefeated heading into their November 12th bout, but it’s the champion that has faced the tougher competition, and is the massive favorite to win with odds of -380. Kowalkiewicz is coming off an impressive win over Rose Namajunas, but is understandably a major underdog with odds of +270.
