Bally Casinos Say Well Prepared for Future Online Gambling in America

Following Bally Technologies top level manager’s comments during the recent G2E in Las Vegas, the company is optimistic about its online prospects
During the recently held G2E gambling expo in Las Vegas several Bally Technologies top execs have spoken about the company’s plans to venture into online gaming market once online casinos in United States become legal.

An independent research company took a closer look at Bally Technologies and reported that the company is indeed well-prepared. The report states that Bally launched a new Interactive division to operate mobile, online and social activities. In addition the company has recently acquired Macro View Labs, which produces mobile applications and websites.
Mike Trask, Bally spokesperson, told United States gambling news that some of its games are already available in the iTunes store: “You can download several of our games now from an iTunes store. You can download them onto your iPhone, iPad, Droid, you name it, and practice for your next trip to the casino. It’s real exciting.”
Trask also spoke about the company’s online gaming strategy: “The goal, at the end of the day, is to provide the same experience for a player no matter where he’s physically located . . . whether inside a casino, on a website, or while waiting in line at the grocery store.”
Independent estimates reveal sixteen million Americans engage in online gambling activities, wagering over $6 billion annually at foreign-based online gaming destinations.
