Amaya Confirms Marlon Goldstein as New Executive Vice President

Canadian server and network-based group Amaya Gaming have formally announced the appointment of Marlon Goldstein as the company’s new executive vice-president, corporate development and general counsel.
The Amaya Gaming Group areespecially known for their full suite of gaming products, including mobile casino gambling, sportsbooks, lotteries and slot machines. They also power some of the world’s best-known online, mobile and land-based casino products.
Changes are in the works for the company, since as of the end of January, the company will be getting a new executive vice-president. Marlon Goldstein, who is currently a consultant in the firm, will begin his new role on the 24 January.
Prior to his move over to the Amaya Gaming Group, Marlon Goldstein was a principle shareholder in at the Greenberg Taurig law firm in the corporate and securities practice.

Goldstein also held the position of co-chair of law firm’s Gaming Practice, a team of lawyers and attorneys representing various companies in the gaming industry, helping them to make the most of Canadian gambling laws or in other countries.
This has leant Goldstein the advantage of a solid legal background in gaming laws and the industry in general.
“With his strong background in gaming, governance, finance and M&A, Marlon has the experience and expertise to oversee our legal team and help us achieve our corporate objectives,” said David Baazov, Amaya Gaming’s chief executive officer.
