Five outstanding art collectives are vying for the 2021 Turner Prize. The winner will be named on 01 December at an award ceremony at Coventry Cathedral. We look at the shortlist of the five collectives and discuss the 2021 Turner Prize winner predictions.
The contesting art collectives will be exhibited at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in Coventry between 29 September until 12 January 2022. The exhibition will be part of the UK City of Culture 2021 Celebrations. Besides, there will be an award ceremony on 01 December to name the winner of the 2021 Turner Prize.
The winner will receive 25000 pounds, with 10000 pounds going to each of the others shortlisted. This is a collective of neurodiverse artists and makers based in Hastings. They have been disseminating their work through exhibitions, events, films, and digital platforms. As it looks like Project Art Works is the least favorite to win with 6 as per the 2021 Turner Prize winner predictions.
