I have been playing on 123 Bingo Online since last October. The games are fun and the chat hosts are great. I have had my fair share of wins but that’s where my problem begins. On April 8, 2018 I requested my first withdrawal of $750. I waited and waited but never received my winnings. I started emailing them at both support@123bingoonline which I was told to do and also withdrawals@123bingoonline requesting my withdrawal be processed I must have send over 30 emails to them and never once received a response. Never received my winnings either. Then on May 28, 2018 I cancelled the request and re-requested a different amount – $600. To this day I have not received that money either and the request is still pending. I complained on the chat room although I know I shouldn’t have but one day I did see an email address for Jackie who is supposed to be a “big boss” so I emailed her. No response. I sent the email again and did get a response from her saying that she had sent my concerns on to whoever should get them. Nothing. She also said that the email I contacted her on was an internal one and not to contact her there again as she would not respond. More or less, I got the brush off from her. No where on the site is there any other place to contact with a problem like mine – just support which they should answer within 24 hours. Maybe for everyone but me. I was also told to contact live chat but could not find that anywhere. I was told to go to the home page and there would be a live chat button I could click on – NOPE. Another person said to click on Deposit Now and there would be a drop down box and to click on live help there. That worked one time and when I cilicked on live chat a pop-up box showed up saying the account I was trying to contact no longer existed. I don’t know where to turn next but I am very frustrated. It took all the fun out of playing when you can get your winnings.
