Currently, nine nominees are racing for the main Academy Award. “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and “1917” are the front-runners among Oscar best-picture odds. While Tarantino’s film was released early in 2019, “1917” has stormed into the race only six weeks ago. Both of the movies were nominated in 10 different categories.
