Grenadine gambling legislation, the
Casino Gaming Act from 2014 is considered to be the main regulatory act of all gambling activities in the country. This Act regulates the licensing of casinos limiting the possibility for a license only to bodies that own or manage a hotel of at least 300 rooms approved or accredited by the Grenada Tourism Authority or approved by the Minister of Finance. Locals are not permitted to visit casinos. Online gambling on the other side is not regulated in Grenada. The regulatory body of the land-based activities in the country is the Gaming Commission, formed with the Gaming Commission Bill from 2016.
