The features are fine on the album. According to the Independent, the album did not live up to the hype we expected, and we feel the same way somewhat. This was supposed to be the cathartic end of Slim Shady. And while we got some sort of blunt story, it is not clear what’s coming next. It feels like a movie only Stans can understand, and less like a performance album with a clear and anticipated story.

It somehow makes sense, yet it isn’t what we wanted. We expected a feature with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, records of Proof’s lines, and anyone who was involved in the development of Slim Shady. The narrative and story are a rough 8/10, it was a little stretched and diluted with tears and emotions, while we expected destructive chaos with a sound catharsis. All in all, this album is a very strong 7.5/10. Will it beat Billie Eilish? Maybe, but we doubt so.
