Swiss Poker Championship Qualifying Tournament September 25 at Baden

On September 25 the qualifying poker tournament will commence at Baden Casino for the 4th Swiss Championship of Texas Hold’em December 8-12.
According to online gambling news in Switzerland, on September 25, the Grand Baden Casino will be hosting a qualifying tournament for the 4th Swiss Championship Texas Hold’em which will occur later this year.
The buy-in is CHF 220 and the event is limited to the first 60 players. The format of the event will be Texas Hold’em, Omaha Hold’em, Seven Card Stud, and Hold’em Baden Pot Limit Freeze out.
Swiss gambling laws only allow casinos to host poker tournaments, all qualifications had to take place at the Baden Casino and its affiliated partners.
The event on September 25 will also determine the heads-up battle line-up between various Swiss poker teams during the December event.
Live play at the Baden casino was the only way to qualify, without the possibility of players earning their seat through tournaments at online casino in Switzerland.
Four lucky winners of the qualifying event will receive their buy-in for the main event to be held during the Swiss Poker Champions Week from December 8 till 12 at Baden casino.
The main event of the Championship is the 4th Swiss Championship Texas Hold’em with a CHF 3300 buy-in.
The Grand Casino Baden is playing for the Champions League qualifying tournament with 20 starting cards, each worth CHF 220.
The cards will play the winners of the following qualification cycles first:

Place 1 to 8 of TOBS ranking (Thursday)
- Place 1 to 3 of Baden Hold’em championship (Monday)
- Place 1 to 3 of Omaha Rating (Tuesday and Saturday)
- Place 1 to 3 of Seven Card Stud championship (Wednesday and Sunday)
- Place 1 to 3 of the Texas Hold’em championship (all day)
All qualifiers so far have been competing from December 13 of 2010 till August 31 of 2011.
