Who will Become the Stirling Prize 2021 Winner?
Undoubtedly, all nominees have done a great job and deserved their spot among the RIBA nominees. However, there can be only one winner. According to the latest Stirling Prize 2021 winner predictions at Bet365 Sportsbook, two architects have the best chance of winning. So, they are Marks Barfield Architects for Cambridge Central Mosque and Carmody Groarke for Windermere Jetty Museum. So, what are their chances to win in 2021?
Marks Barfield Architects lead the best odds to win. Their Cambridge Central Mosque is currently a number-one favorite to take the Stirling Prize. Earlier this year, the first eco-friendly mosque in Europe won several secondary awards by RIBA. It won the East Award 2021, East Project Architect of the Year, East Client of the Year, East Building of the Year, and National Award 2021. Seemingly, Marks Barfield will win another prize from the Royal Institute of British Architects as their odds of winning are 3.24.
Windermere Jetty Museum and its architects, Carmody Groarke, are runner-up with 3.74 odds to win the main RIBA prize. Like its main opponent, the building won RIBA’s North West Award 2021, North West Client of the Year, North West Building of the Year, and National Award 2021. The museum itself is an ensemble of compact metal buildings that sets within a natural setting to store boats in an almost natural environment. Also, visitors can enjoy Lake District views, take boat trips, and enjoy family activities in the museum.
The other nominees for the Stirling Prize are quite behind the main favorites of the year. Thus, you can still support Grafton Architects, Stanton Williams, Ney & Partners, and Amin Taha at online gambling sites in the UK.
