After noticing that a great deal of their customers would like to play more diverse games, Ladbrokes has decided to re-launch their bingo offerings.
UK gambling news reports that in efforts to appeal to their vast consumer base they have released a staggering GBP 3 million of prizes to complement the bingo games. The gaming software and services provider Playtech has provided their expertise and knowledge in the unique area to help Ladbrokes facilitate some of the best gaming content to their players.
The site’s navigation, accessibility, prizes and the overall bingo settings have been redesigned by Playtech in order “to meet players’ demands.” Last April, Ladbrokes decided to transfer a great deal of its gaming portfolio to Playtech so that they would come up with an amazing service for customers. Now gaming enthusiasts can access a market with more than 70,000 players and up to 20,000 regular users.
The company still has some result to improve
The most recent financial results published in August indicate that Ladbrokes Bingo has managed to generate GBP 5.2 million in net revenues, which is a decrease of 13.3% from the same time last year. This figure represented 6.1% of the firm’s total online net revenue of GBP 84.4 million, a decrease of 2.4% from a year before in the same period.
The performance can be somewhat linked to changes made in UK gambling laws, however the company remains optimistic for the future. Josefine Fox, the head of Ladbrokes Bingo, said, “Every element of Ladbrokes Bingo has been improved, We are now able to offer our players a state-of-the-art bingo experience that we believe will mark us out as the best in the business.”
