The cause of most death was carbon monoxide poisoning. This event was leading to the recognition that during a fire smoke inhalation is a more serious issue than flames.

The hotel was repaired and improved. Bally’s Entertainment was buying the facility after the renovations. The haunted casino’s name became Bally’s Las Vegas. Since then, there are many reports of ghost activities from gamblers. The soul of the ones dying in the fire trapped inside the casinos.

One of the pit bosses, John, was reporting that while he went to the toilet after one of his shifts in Septem 13, 2001, he was seeing a strange ghost-like creature heading towards the roulette room.
