Hamilton Contract Talks with Mercedes Reached an Impasse

Lewis Hamilton demands 200 million euros for three years, but Mercedes don’t want to pay that amount of money for one driver.
Two-time Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton wants 200 million euros for the next three years from Mercedes, but the German car manufacturer doesn’t want to meet his demands, according to gambling news. Hamilton asks the same salary as four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel gets at Ferrari.
Hamilton, who finished second at the weekend in Barcelona behind his teammate, Nico Rosberg, also want to keep all his trophies and his championship winning car, but Mercedes might not tolerate such antics. Moreover, the Brackley-based team does not plan to break up its payment structure, so Hamilton seems to be far from getting what he wants.

The parties however continue to communicate that everything is all right, and they will reach an agreement soon. Hamilton is supported during the negotiation by his lawyer, Sue Thackeray, who previously worked both with Lewis and his father, Anthony Hamilton, mobile betting news report.
After five rounds, Hamilton, who won three races, tops the Formula One drivers’ championship table leading his teammate, Rosberg by 20 points. In the constructors’ standings Mercedes are 70 points ahead of Ferrari, their biggest rivals for the season according to online sportsbooks. The next race will take place in Monaco on the 24th of May.
