Broccoli
I know, I know. Some people simply cringe when they are asked whether they would like to eat a bit of broccoli. But, listen up: it has an abundance of Vitamin K in it! And Vitamin K is good for many, many things. Specifically, it helps with your memory, and shields you from Alzheimer’s. According to the website Alzheimers.net, a recent study showed the difference between early onset Alzheimer’s patients and patients with intact brains. Alzheimer’s patients all had a lower intake of Vitamin K than those whose brain functions remained intact. So, just imagine what this Vitamin could do for you while your surf mobile betting sites.
Eggs
More specifically, egg yolks. I guess eggs sound better than broccoli? They might, especially knowing that they are rich in choline, which is a forerunner for acetylcholine. Why is this important? (Other than the fact that eating more eggs will make you a superstar on English poker sites?) Well, according to Reuters, choline and acetylcholine all add to your brain functioning much better. People who successfully integrated choline in their diets all performed better on memory evaluations and they were less likely to show signs of dementia. Choline definitely has an effect on how fast your brain ages: it slows down the process.
Tomatoes
If you are a tomato fan like me, you’ll be especially happy to read these next few lines. Tomatoes contain an effective antioxidant called lycopene, whose primary – and most visible role – is to give a red shade to some foods. Drew Ramsey, M.D. stated, “They eliminate free radicals helping avoid a root cause of inflammation. Your brain, with its high concentration of the omega-3 fats, is particularly vulnerable to attack from free radicals, which is a major reason why the increased consumption of all kinds of vegetables is a near-universal health recommendation.” So, before hopping on your mobile casino app, make a quick tomato salad.
Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds contain a huge amount of zinc. Zinc is an important mineral and a study at Duke University Medical Center found that the absence of this mineral, neurons communicate poorly. Which means that if you up you zinc dosage, you’re brain will speed up, and your memory will improve. To do this, you only need to eat a handful of pumpkin seeds each day, and hey presto! You will become sharp and a memory pro.
Salmon…
…Or canned sardines. Or any kind of fatty fish, basically. But let’s talk about salmon. It is a fish that contains a ton of beneficial vitamins and minerals: Omega-3, protein, essential amino acids and Vitamins A, B, B6, D and E. It also has a fair amount of iron, zinc, magnesium and phosphorus. All of these are good for you. And your brain. As Nicholas Perricone, M.D. said, “Only one food has the reputation from time immemorial of being a ‘brain food’. That food is fish…you should plan to eat a seafood meal seven days a week – and salmon at least five times a week.” While eating this much fish seems too much, try to find a balance between the foods we listed, and restructure your diet. You’ll be a mobile casino gambling legend.
