Bonnier Gaming will be offering live sports bets on mobile devices, through Metric Gaming’s SuperLive platform.
With mobile betting on the rise across all of Europe, Malta-based Bonnier Gaming has entered a partnership with Metric Gaming to use their SuperLive sports betting platform. The software is optimized for smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, offering users the possibility to gamble on the go.
Bettors who access Bonnier Gaming products will now be able to place live wagers and bet on sports in Malta using their mobile devices. The company is one of Europe’s leading gaming providers, offering a wide range of services – including online poker and casino games – through well-known brands.
Live mobile betting, popular in Europe
Earlier in February, Malta-based online operator Betsson signed a similar agreement with Metric Gaming. The American company’s SuperLive platform is slowly becoming widespread across Europe, as Betsson caters to sports bettors from Sweden and will soon enter the Dutch market, through the recent acquisition of the Oranje and Kroon gaming group.
Ulrik Bengtsson, Betsson’s chief executive officer said: “SuperLive is a unique and highly engaging proposition that will help us deliver an exceptional live betting experience, particularly through our mobile channels.”
According to a recent study conducted by Juniper Research, the number of mobile gamblers will increase by 100 million in the next four years.
