BetVictor Remains Snooker Welsh Open Title Sponsor

The new snooker Welsh Open title sponsor deal is valid for the 2016 event.

BetVictor has extended its snooker Welsh Open title sponsor deal with one year. This means that the event will bear the name of the internet betting operator in 2016 too. This will be the fourth consecutive year with BetVictor being the snooker Welsh Open title sponsor.

The operator started to back the event in 2013. The 2016 BetVictor Welsh Open will be held in Cardiff from 15-21 February. The event will have a £324,000 ($475,600) prize pool.

World Snooker Chairman Barry Hearn was delighted with the latest snooker Welsh Open title sponsor deal.
