Crystal Palace made somewhat of a surprise last season with some great performances, however their successful manager Tony Pulis decided to leave the team.
Crystal Palace secured an 11th place finish in the Premier League last season with the guidance coming from their exceptional manager Tony Pulis. However, due to disagreements between him and the board over transfers, Pulis decided to leave the club. Now, their caretaker Keith Millen will lead the team until a new manager is unveiled.
The Eagles made three signings that include two defenders and one attacker. Defenders Martin Kelly and Brede Hangeland were bought from Liverpool and Fulham respectively. While forward player Frazier Campbell was transferred in from Cardiff.
The Eagles are likely to finish bottom half of the table
Online sportsbooks in the UK have previously put some faith in the club due to the presence of their great manager, however now things seems a little shaky. Bet365 has given them odds of 2.00 (1/1) to make over 40 points throughout the campaign. Also, the betting provider believes they have a high chance of finishing in the bottom half of the table with 1.12 (1/8) odds.
