Season 6 is just around the corner, so this is the perfect time to prepare with our Game of Thrones Plot Predictions even to bet on Game of Thrones events at Betsafe Sportsbook!
This will be the first season of the TV series that is mainly based on events not to be found in the books of G.R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire. So, in order to prepare for placing your bet on Game of Thrones, you should watch all the trailers and you can also consider speculations on fan sites. Recalling the events of the first five seasons can be a big help too, when browsing the Game of Thrones odds offered by Betsafe Sportsbook, one of the best online sportsbooks in the EU for Game of Thrones bets. And you can also use our Game of Thrones Plot Predictions.
Will Daenerys Targaryen finally arrive at Westeros?
Well, there is still a lot of work to do on the other side of the Narrow Sea and Daenerys’ career suffered a serious setback after getting lost and captured by Dothraki riders at the end of Season 5. Okay, he will have Tyrion Lannister on board which is a boost and from the trailers we learned that the dragons are now bigger than we would have ever imagined. Still, there are two more seasons coming up beyond the current one, so I would consider Daenerys not getting to Westeros this year as a safe bet.

How will Jon Snow be brought back to life?
Though getting killed properly in the previous season, it is common knowledge that the favorite character of the female audience will come back somehow. It’s A Song of Ice and Fire after all, so Snow has to encounter the mother of dragons at some point of the story. But first he has to defeat the laws of nature or whatever usually has the final say in life over there.
The obvious choice is that Jon Snow will be resurrected by Lady Melisandre, available at 1.40 (2/5), since she apparently knows a thing or two about magic. But could that – supposedly – black magic produce a normal Jon Snow or rather a zombie like the way Khal Drogo came back? Okay, Melisandre might have greater power than the witch that brought back the poor Dothraki, so this one could be your other Game of Thrones safe bet.
If I were for the writers though, I’d definitely go for Jon Snow turning into a White Walker, available at 15.00 (14/1). It would be a badass twist in the plot. That would broke many hearts however and for commercial reasons it is better to get Jon Snow back in proper condition. I don’t think that he would warg into his direwolf – 2.50 (3/2) –, I like Bran Stark bringing him back more at 8.00 (7/1), but we just don’t know what the hell he has been into recently… If you’re a punk, you can also say that he won’t at all. Jon Snow remaining dead throughout season 6 sells for 5.00 (4/1).

Which character will appear first?
Jon Snow is the obvious pick for 1.10 (1/10), and you can also consider Dany for 3.40 (12/5). But I would rather go for Bran Stark, available at 3.00 (2/1). He has to be kind of reintroduced to the show and he might finally have an impact on things going on in Westeros. If not, why would be this character in the series at all?

Which character will die first?
Oh, yes, the favourite Game of Thrones bet of tabloids! Well, time is ticking for Jorah Mormont, who is terminally ill. He is the favourite to die first at 3.20 (11/5), but I would expect some dramatic heroic feature from him before leaving the building, like saving Daenerys from the Dothraki horde. (However, you should also consider betting on the Dothraki fighting for Dany as their khaleesi at 1.35.)
Ramsay Snow is top underdog at 6.00 (5/1) but I assume that he will properly suffer for his sins before… turning into a white walker? Poor, or not that poor, but definitely miserable Theon Greyjoy would fancy his chances finally getting killed I guess, and he is available at 7.00 (6/1). Alliser Thorne’s lifeline is certainly coming to an end soon too, so think about picking him for 8.00 (7/1). Margaery Tyrell has the same odds, but I don’t want her gone, however, King’s Landing could become very dangerous for her as early as in the first episode. But danger is her natural element, isn’t it? So no, she won’t go down yet.
Podrick Payne – 10.00 (9/1) – should be in big trouble according to the trailers, but we long know that he has some potential that has to be exploited other beyond pleasing whores. He is the bastard son of a king, he should have been sitting on the damn throne for the old gods’ sake and the new! And Brienne of Tarth – 11.50 (21/2) – has to find out about this somehow and she has to die while fighting for his new potential king, that would make sense.
Being the king is quite a dangerous job in Westeros, so Tommen Baratheon is definitely a candidate and he also has great Game of Thrones odds at 24.00 (23/1). Okay, Cersei would possibly eat the writers alive, so I would settle for Ellaria Sand. She is available at the same price and she is a bitch so she has to go.

What will be the first cause of death?
You can also bet on this, but it is actually comical even for Game of Thrones fanatics, not just for internet betting players. Greyscale, beheading, sword (but not beheading), hanging, white walker, hired assassin, fire, poison, beating, direwolf, fall off a wall or a cliff and magical shadow assassin are in the mix, but I expect something new, because these ones are getting boring.
