Aristocrat Technologies nLive Gives Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino California's First Free Play Mobile Casino
California’s Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino has announced a tie up with Australian technology firm Aristocrat Technologies, which will see a virtual, free play, mobile casino linked up to the Tachi Palace Casino.
The idea is simple: create a free play mobile casino that matches up to the land based one to offer players special deals and promotions, as well as rewarding them for play with treats that can only be redeemed within the walls of the land based casino. With American gambling laws meaning that California is yet to have its own real money online casino, this move could be a masterstroke for Tachi Palace Casino.
Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino general manager, Willie Barrios, said: “Our players have been telling us they want to continue their fun online when they are away from our casino, and we found the perfect solution with Aristocrat’s nLive. Now our players can both enjoy our casino online and get rewarded for their play online and in-casino. This will be a win-win for everyone, and we are very excited!”
In related gambling news, the nLive platform Tachi Palace Casino will be using has been named one of the Top 20 Casino Technologies by Casino Journal Magazine, winning the Innovation Award by Gaming & Leisure. the platform works as a custom B2B online gaming solution with social gaming and managed services complementing the online wager-ready platform.
Currently, Aristocrat has used this technology to gain a major foothold in the social and free play casino industry, launching more branded free play sites than any other provider. Tachi Palace may be the first California based casino to use the software, but it is unlikely to be the last, with the state due to discuss online gambling legislation in the near future, as it looks to join Delaware, New Jersey and Nevada as online providers.
