London is the best city in the world, no kidding. But it’s a huge city, with many choices. What would a high roller do to shrink the endless possibilities?
London is the place to go, nowadays. It is a wonderful, colorful, vibrant turmoil of cultures, parties and gastronomic pleasures everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime.
• Massively elegant hotels
• Best casinos in the world
• Restaurants to die for
There is literally nothing in London you cannot do, it doesn’t matter how extreme or out of the ordinary it is. Walk the streets, or rent a supercar (of which, by the way, there is one on every corner,) and breathe in the vibe of this city. One thing’s for sure: once you visit London, you’ll definitely want to return.
Where to stay?
You’re staying in London, of course your accommodation should be one that screams refined elegance and opulence. So, before you try out some of the most exclusive UK poker rooms, you should book a hotel at the Savoy, the Ritz or (if you want something very over-the-top, the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.) High rollers will definitely choose one of the above three… after all, who wouldn’t want to feel like a real English Lord? For example, Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge (a really high-end district in itself,) is a massive Victorian-style hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant. Who wouldn’t want to stay in such a monumental hotel?
Where to eat?
High roller or not, forget conventions. Try some Michelin starred restaurants like the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant (no need for explanations here,) or Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck (I don’t think I need to explain further here, either.) Where else would a high roller eat? If you want to try something more laid back but incredibly awesome, go to MEATLiquor for the best burgers you have ever had. You should also check out Brick Lane in Shoreditch, because there’s a market there every weekend with endless street food opportunities that will make you melt into a pile from all the deliciousness and vast palette of flavors.
Where to gamble?
Put away your mobile betting applications and don’t you dare go near internet casinos as long as your stay in London; you’d be missing out on everything that makes this city great. According to the London Casino Guide, there are seven “Premium Casinos” in London that will provide you with the real high roller experience. These casinos are The Clermont Club, the Ritz, Crockfords, Aspinalls, Les Ambassadeurs, Maxims and The Playboy. You can choose from a variety of slot machines, table games and games like the roulette. All you have to do is pick some of the above. Order some Moët and gamble in style.
Fun and games
If you know what’s good for you, you’ll go partying. London has some of the best clubs in the world, it would be a shame to miss out on them. If you want to experience something truly excusive and mystical, go to Maddox, where they have a secret room called the Green Room, where the party goes on after the place has closed. Another stylish club is Egg London, with an Ibiza club atmosphere across three levels. If, however, you want something really, REALLY hardcore, Fabric and the Ministry of Sound are your places to go. The sound equipment at these two clubs are insane; you’ll feel the bass pumping the music from your veins straight into your heart.
If you want something a bit more mature in terms of entertainment, you can always go to Shoreditch, to The Horns strip club, which is said to be the most chic club there is in this area. You could also visit Whites Gentlemen’s Club, which is London’s most known lapdance club.
So, as I said: no mobile casino gambling while you’re in London. You won’t even have time for it; you’ll be too busy with deciding which awesome place to party at or where to eat the best steak you’ve ever tasted. And, when you’re full with all the deliciousness and done with gambling at the best casinos in the world, you still won’t be tired; you’ll be looking for where to go next.
