2022 WTA Portoroz Winner Odds Favor Grand Slam Winners

Tennis players from the top 20 on the WTA world rankings will compete at the Tennis Club Portoroz, in Portoroz, Slovenia this week, between the 12-18 September. Italian Jasmine Paolini won the event last year but she will have a tough task to defend her title. The 8th edition of the WTA Slovenia Open is held this week (also known as the Zavarovalnica Sava Portoroz) in Portoroz. The tournament became a WTA 250 event last season, attracting more top players to take part in it. This year we can find even bigger names in its field from the 2022 Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina. To the 2021 US Open champion Emma Raducanu who is the top seed of the tournament. But the defending champion, Italian Jasmine Paolini will also compete again.
