General Tax Code (Code General des Impots) as well as the Penal Code and its
amended version. However, as there are no specific online gambling laws in Chad, it is generally considered that most forms of

The body responsible for regulation of the legal gambling in the country is a specially assigned office within the Ministry of Finance and Budget. This body is responsible for supervising the work of the companies in the gambling sector and also for the granting of licenses of prospective operators. According to
Chadian gambling laws, minors, under 18 years of age are prohibited to participate in any gambling activities.
