Five Koreans Are Arrested For Operating Online Gambling Site in the Philippines

Five Korean citizens got into trouble for managing online gambling website in the Philippines.
Korean natives Yung Sungki, Bioung Jun-lee, Ra Su-bo, Ko Tae-myung and Woaggi Min were arrested after they were accused of operating online gambling site in the Philippines, from an apartment in Quezon City.
Police statements
Chief Superintendent Richard Albano, Quezon City Police spokesman, commented that charges will be pressed against the suspects for breach of the Access Device Regulations Act of 1998 and the Presidential Decree N 1602, which recommends harsh penalties for illegal gambling actions.
Superintendent Ritchie Claraval, head of the city police department responsible for the arrest, said for the gambling news that the police had a search warrant from the Quezon City Regional Trial Court before initiating the search in the apartment last week.
He added that all the players who were using the website were located abroad. Additionally, the police confiscated a range of computer equipment and other potential evidence from the crime scene.
