PHL Local Gaming announces proposal for partnership from Fortuna Realty Group. The development group offered to build a hotel as part of LoSo project.
PHL Local Gaming is overflowed with offers to do joint business with different
brands, if it obtains the desired Category 2 gaming license in Pennsylvania
PHL Local Gaming is one of first applicants for the Category 2 gaming license in Pennsylvania, in correspondence to the US gambling laws. Therefore, numerous companies express interest in PHL’s LoSo Center.
The estate investment and development company Fortuna Realty Group was one of them. They sent a letter of intent for the development of a hotel that will be part of PHL plan to create Casino Revolution-related LoSo Entertainment Center. PHL announced the great gambling news for its LoSo concept this September and placed significant importance on it.
The proposed four-star hotel is intended for the LoSo visitors and comes additionally to the already existing 250-room hotel, part of PHL’s Casino Revolution gaming application. Not surprisingly, the offer will only be valid if PHL receives its license to operate various casino games like US poker rooms, Blackjack, etc.
PHL Local Gaming is extremely positive about the significant effect of the project both on the area and the residents there.
Ashish Lall, Fortuna’s director, supported PHL’s claims and said: “Fortuna agrees that by
transforming the area from FDR Park to the Delaware River Waterfront into a recreation, leisure and entertainment destination, this project will bring many economic and social benefits to the area.”
Other companies that expressed interest to be part of LoSo are Lucky Strikes Bowling Lanes, F.A.M.E. Night Market and Ultra Lounge and many more.
