DraftKings in Massachusetts to Comply with Regulations

It was announced by the DFS operator that DraftKings in Massachusetts will fully comply with the final gambling laws set for the daily fantasy sports market in the state.
State Attorney General Maura Healey has submitted a bill to regulate daily fantasy sports operators and protecting DFS players in the Bay State. The industry-leading operator was quick to respond to the US gambling news, expressing that DraftKings in Massachusetts
will fulfill the legal demands completely.
Tough rules won’t be a problem for DraftKings in Massachusetts
Tim Dent, DraftKings’ Chef Financial Officer told the press that these aren’t the easiest US gambling laws, but DraftKings in Massachusetts will comply. He also praised the Attorney General, saying “We appreciate the leadership of the Attorney General and her office and their willingness to have a meaningful dialogue about issues of importance to our industry.”
He added, “The regulations put forth today by Attorney General Healy are tough, but we will comply. We will continue to work with policymakers across the country to ensure that fantasy contests are fun and fair for the tens of millions of sports fans who enjoy playing them.”
