How did the Baku Grand Prix End?

As it was expected, Red Bull Racing took the first two places in a dominating manner at the latest Grand Prix weekend in Baku. Sergio Perez led the entire weekend from Max Verstappen, a.k.a. one of the best drivers in modern Formula 1 history. Perez took both Spring and Race wins, which helped shorten the gap to just 6 points between him and Max. It may be a very interesting season for the F1 crown, although it entirely depends on consistency. If Perez shows the same speed at “proper” circuits like Red Bull Ring, Silverstone, Hungaroring, etc., he can have a good chance of taking the title.

By taking both poles, Charles Leclerc showed some progress made by Ferrari after the one-month pause. He couldn’t do anything against the Red Bulls and was passed by them with ease. Aston Martin’s Alonso was on his tail for most of the race and almost got him at the end. If there were additional 1–2 laps, Alonso would have got him.

It appears that Baku’s weather worked better with Ferrari and their tire management improved compared to the previous races, but again by the end Alonso managed to save his tires better.

Mercedes’s Lewis Hamilton did a good job with what he got during the race, as it was predicted by online sportsbooks in the US. After the Safety Car blunder, he was in P10 but managed to take the sixth place at the finish line. On the other hand, George Russell had a very promising Australian weekend but did not have the pace even against Lance Stroll, who finished a solid P7 last time.

2023 Miami Grand Prix Betting Guide with Predictions

The next Formula 1 GP takes place in Miami, with the main race scheduled for Sunday, May 7. Technically, Sergio Perez should be the king there, considering he is performing better on street circuits. However, it was Max Verstappen who took the trophy last year and Checo finished fourth. Therefore, the 2023 Miami Grand Prix betting guide offers the best odds on Verstappen to win. And so do most online gambling sites in the US

Most bookies don’t expect Ferrari to be on the same level in Miami as it was in Baku. The weather is supposed to be much hotter than in Azerbaijan, and it has been Ferrari’s Achilles heel during the year. At the same time, the Aston Martin team should be up there fighting for the podium places and maybe for the win if we see Red Bull drivers having any problems.

Based on the information above, we expect to see some sort of replay of Saudi Arabia GP results, if no technical issues or incidents happen.
