2022 Tour de Romandie Winner Odds Favor Vlasov Ahead of Last Year’s Winner

The Swiss stage race, the 2022 Tour de Romandie is taking place this week, between 26 April and 1 May. Ineos rider Geraint Thomas is the defending champion and he is one of the main favorites again.
