The 8-stage road race in Switzerland, the Tour de Suisse, is held this week, between the 6th and 13th of June. It offers the last opportunity for all top riders to prepare for the 2021 Tour de France which is only two weeks away. The 2020 World Road Champion got great results in the season so far after winning the one-day race of La Fleche Wallone. And also finishing as a runner-up in this year’s Liege-Bastogne-Liege and Strade Bianche. But he has to focus on the longer events now and show a good performance for his team, Deceuninck-Quick-Step.
