Chase Elliott seems to find last year’s form after winning his first race in the season and finishing second last weekend. Now he can continue his great run in Sonoma this weekend. Where he is the top favorite to get the win according to the 2021 NASCAR Toyota Save Mart 350 odds. Along with three-time race winner Martin Truex Jr. who always drives well in road races.

The first race at Sonoma Raceway at Sears Point was held in 1989 and has been the part of the NASCAR Cup series ever since. It is one of the seven road-course events of the season with several road-course specialists also taking part in it. From the current championship drivers Martin Truex Jr. has the most victories. As he won the race in 2013, 2018 and 2019. He is the two-time defending winner in the 2.52 miles long course after last year’s event was cancelled. But now all drivers will have a chance to get a great result including Denny Hamlin. Who is still leading the championship without winning any race this season.

2021 NASCAR Toyota Save Mart 350 odds expect another Elliott victory

The defending NASCAR Cup series champion, Chase Elliott started the season with mixed results but he seems to find his form again. He won his first race of this season two weeks ago in Austin, which was also a road race. Then Elliott finished second behind his teammate, Kyle Larson in Charlotte. He has a great road-course record after finishing in the top three in the last three road races. But the Hendrick Motorsport driver hasn’t got any win from Sonoma yet. This record can change this weekend though as predicted by online sportsbooks in the US. They now offer the smallest odds, +220 at Bet Online for Elliott’s victory.

Martin Truex Jr. is another great road course driver and a big favorite according to the 2021 NASCAR Toyota Save Mart 350 odds. He has already won this race three times before including the last two events. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver is having a great season so far after already winning three races. He is still only in 6th place in the championship due to his less impressive results in some other races. Now he can collect lots of points again with a win with the odds of +440 at Bet Online to do so.

Busch, Hamlin and Larson can also get the win

Even though everyone is expecting the win from the two above-mentioned drivers, we might see a surprise winner. Like it has already happened in this season several times, including the second road race of the season in Daytona. Where Cristopher Bell won the race, which was also his first NASCAR Cup series victory. His odds to win in Sonoma is not very likely though and has the odds of +2500. While his teammates, Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin are both mentioned in the favorites by online gambling sites in the US.

The current championship leader Hamlin has the odds of +1000 to finally get his first win in the season. While Busch has the odds of +700 to get his third win in the track after 2008 and 2015. He is only in 8th place in the championship but he drives well in road courses. Busch won the exhibition road race in Daytona this season. And he was also leading in Austin two weeks ago until Kyle Larson overtook him. The Hendrick Motorsport driver is in second place behind Hamlin in the overall standings thanks to his amazing recent run. As Larson finished in the top two in the last four races, including his victory in Charlotte last weekend. Now he has the odds of +650 to continue the season with another win.
