Inbee Park is the youngest winner of the US Women’s Open history. She was only 19 when she got her first victory here in 2008. The South Korean player also won in 2013 and is favored to win again by online sportsbooks in the US. She has the odds of +1100 to get her 8th major title, the first since 2015. But Park has also won other tournaments in the last few years. Her most recent victory is from the 2021 Kia Classic. The world No2 usually performs well in this tournament finishing in the top 10 nine times in her 13 appearances.
Korean born New Zealand golfer Lydia Ko can also go for the victory after producing a great comeback this year. Ko is the youngest person to win an LPGA event after getting her first victory at the age of only 15, in 2012. She is also the youngest golfer to win a major tournament with her win at the 2015 Evian Championship. Ko hasn’t won any tournament since 2018 until her latest victory in the Lotte Championship this April.
