Sports betting platform provider FSB Technology has partnered with Northern Irish chain of independent bookmakers Toals to launch the first Toals online sportsbook.

In UK gambling news, Toals has struck a deal with FSB Technology to design a desktop and mobile service for the British betting operator that will include trading both pre-match and in-play odds for a range of sports. Using FSB’s content management system, Toals will have complete control of the site to ensure that it has the same look and feel that the chain is known for. In addition, the Toals online sportsbook will have access to FSB’s “diverse range of data feeds”, “top trading team”, “a wide variety of sports”, and their “modern CRM tools.”

Toals is a family-run business that was established in 1932 in County Antrim. Today, it has forty venues in every county within Northern Ireland, as well as a telephone betting service. This will be its first online betting service.

Toals online sportsbook to be customer-focused

FSB business development director Richard Thorp is happy that Toals has chosen his company to help them enter the online sportsbooks in the UK market, as he believes that both FSB and Toals share the same customer-focused approach when doing business.

Says Thorp: “We’re very please to have partnered with Toals, who were very keen to give their loyal shop customers what they wanted online rather than what is available elsewhere. Our managed solution will enable them to deliver on that promise and refine their offer accordingly, whilst maintaining the style of delivery that has made them popular over the years.”

Gary Toal, the Toals managing director, added that: “We’re very confident FSB’s service and their tailored approach will be well-received by our customers. They can now enjoy our famous customer service online and on their mobile devices because we have the right tools to deliver a top class betting experience across all channels.”
