BetConstruct Granted License to Operate in UK By UKGC

BetConstruct is pleased that its sports betting software was up to the high regulatory standard of the UK Gambling Commission

BetConstruct, a developer of online and land-based betting and gaming services, which has been seeking to operate legally under UK gambling laws, in the the UK, was recently granted a gambling software operating license by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). The new license will enable BetConstruct’s sportsbook to pierce the UK online gambling market.

The commercial director at BetConstruct, George Voyatzis, stated that “This license is part of our overall licencing strategy and adds to our recently awarded Category 2 licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and our submission for Class 2 and Class 4 Licences from the Malta Gambling Authority.”

BetConstruct boasts a diversified gaming market

BetConstruct applied for a license under the UK regulatory regime, that was recently revised. This requires all software providers providing services at online gambling sites in the UK market to procure a license from the UKGC. Voyatzis expressed his view that the UK market was a major market for his company and that it was pivotal to BetConstruct plans toexpand abroad.

BetConstruct is a leading Armenian-based developer and provider of online and land-based betting and gaming solutions and services.
