We’ll take a look at some of the games that will be played in this weekend’s Premier League round 23.

UK gambling news reports that this weekend will be a thrill for many betting enthusiasts considering how many superb games are set to go underway. Hull City will play against the mighty Newcastle at home while Liverpool will try to overcome their troubles in the Premier League by hopefully defeating West Ham at Anfield.

Manchester United will have a chance to continue their fine form and seal the all-important 3 points against the bottom side Leicester. And lastly we’ll take a look at the Stoke vs QPR match that will surely be of interest to punters thanks to the lucrative odds being offered by Bet365.

Hull City vs Newcastle and Liverpool vs West Ham

Hull City (18th place) will have to use everything within their power to overcome Newcastle this upcoming Saturday. They will definitely rely on the fact that they’ll be playing at home which should help them play their way as they know the ground well, despite not being able to record some impressive results at home (2 wins, 3 draws and 5 losses). Strangely enough Bet365 has given them favorable chances 2.50 (3/2) for the next game.

Newcastle on the other hand are in a far better position as they are currently claiming the 11th spot on the table. At home they performed decently, however while playing away they have managed to instill their own game which has resulted in some bad results over the course of the season so far (2 wins, 3 draws and 6 losses). Bet365 believes that Newcastle have limited chances and that is why they are underdogs 2.80 (9/5).

Louis van Gaal is ready to take Leicester at Old Trafford
Liverpool will host West Ham
Stoke and QPR will also lock horns against one another

Brendan Rodgers will have to come up with a better playing strategy soon if he is to make some progress up the table with his team. Liverpool currently find themselves in 8th position with only 35 points and considering how much money they’ve spent over the last summer they should have achieved a better ranking up until this point in the season. Online sportsbooks in UK still have faith that the reds can pull this one off 1.62 (5/8), per Bet365.

Although Liverpool are considered favorites for the clash, West Ham are actually located one place above them on the table (7th spot). Perhaps the only reason why they have been dealt unfavorable odds is because their away record is quite ambivalent (3 wins, 4 draws and 3 losses). Bet365 has decided to give them chances of 5.50 (9/2), while a draw between them stands at 3.80 (14/5).

Manchester United vs Leicester and Stoke vs QPR

Manchester United will host Leicester at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon. Louis van Gaal has so far been unsuccessful in holding a firm position in the top three places which entail automatic Champions League births. They are still struggling to enter the mold of the three sides above them (Chelsea, Manchester City and Southampton). However, Bet365 has identified them as favorites 1.33 (1/3) thanks to their great home record (8 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses).

Leicester, who are at the bottom of the league, seem to have no realistic chances to instill their game. Bet365 gave them complete outsider chances 9.00 (8/1) and judging by their away record they are certainly right to do so. This game should probable be one sided and will see the Red Devils take away all the three points and progress up the table.

Stoke and QPR will go head to head in a game where each team will do its best to overcome the other. Stoke are currently 10th in the league and have only manages to accumulate 29 points from 22 games so far. While playing at home they have notched 4 wins, 2 draws and 4 losses, which is not that impressive considering the fact that their home field should be a fortress against opposition sides.

Under UK gambling laws, Bet365 has decided to give them preferential odds 1.62 (5/8), whereas QPR have been dealt low chances of success 5.50 (9/2). Judging by the visiting side’s away results (0 wins, 0 draws and a massive 10 losses) they don’t stand a single shot at clinching a win.
