NYX now proud owner of Ongame network’s coveted poker products that are regulated in several jurisdictions worldwide.
The lucrative transaction was recently made public, even if the cost of the acquisition remains private.
Although NYX remained tight-lipped as to the purchase price of Ongame Network, they bragged about Ongame’s excellent and wide range poker products in the gaming industry.
Ongame Network formerly owned by the Amaya Group was a sister company to Poker Stars and Full Tilt. They will be joining NYX Gaming Group which has enterprises stretching from North America over to Europe.
This acquisition comes as no surprise since NYXs market strategy is to increase the provision of top of the line products and services in US and Europe. NYX offers the opportunity for mobile casino games in Mexico in countries such Australia, Sweden and the USA.
NYX Gaming Group CEO, Matt Davey, said in a press release that Ongame’s incredible pool of talented workers would expand NYX’s business all over. Ongame poker products, tightly monitored by European and US Gambling Laws, will be a privileged asset for NYX.
The speedy development of all kinds of casino product is just the first step in this highly profitable venture. NYX who also owns Card Player Poker is on the verge of presenting a public listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
